1:1 Therapy + Coaching
Sessions designed to meet you where you are, and support where you’re ready to go. This offering is for those navigating anxiety, burnout, breakups, sleep challenges, low self-esteem, or difficulty in relationships—whether or not you realized what you’re carrying is trauma.
Together, we’ll work at the root—not just the symptoms—through integrative, culturally aware therapy and somatic practices, helping you reconnect with your clarity and move forward with intention.Clients come here seeking more than symptom relief; they’re looking for deeper meaning, lasting change, and a grounded return to themselves. Our work honors that.

Clinical Supervision
Clinical supervision at Jiva Wellness is a collaborative space for licensed and pre-licensed therapists to deepen their therapeutic presence and clinical skills through an integrative, culturally responsive lens. Whether you're seeking licensure hours or seasoned support, our work honors both the clinician and the human within you.
Drawing from trauma-informed approaches—including IFS, somatics, and systemic, generational, and attachment-focused frameworks—I offer individual and group supervision with a focus on identity development, grief, and intergenerational trauma.
Approved for licensure in Virginia.
