• Meet Chandni

    Origins: Indian
    Meaning: Moonlight
    Pronounciation: [chahn-duh-nee]

Hi, I’m Chandni, founder of Jiva Wellness.

As an Indian-American therapist and eldest daughter, I deeply understand the weight of intergenerational expectations, the complexity of navigating a bicultural identity, and the quiet ache for belonging in spaces that often don’t reflect our whole selves. So many of us are asked to fragment who we are in order to survive—a world that at times feels especially unfair to women and those in BIPOC-identifying communities, quietly conditioning us to shrink ourselves in order to belong, to suppress our truth just to be seen.

Powered by over a decade of serious investment in my own deep healing journey, specialized training, and following the call to better understand this life, Jiva Wellness was born. Going beyond traditional talk therapy, I gently guide others into a more expansive awareness to help break free from systemic cycles of inherited burdens and step into their fullest selves in this life’s journey.

My work is about creating a space where all of you is welcome - a space to begin remembering who you were before the world told you to be someone else, reconnecting and reclaiming your roots…your wisdom… your lifeforce.
